This conference features the 2013 AASA National Superintendent of the Year, Dr. Mark Edwards - MGSD, North Carolina where he presents his new, hot off the press book and how MGSD moved their graduation rate from 64% to 91% in just five years. Dr. Richard Culatta, Deputy Director, Education Technology, Office of the Secretary, Washington, DC, will give a keynote address on “Digital Conversion in Schools Across the Nation." Also speaking will be: Mrs. Tanae McLean, MGSD Public Information Officer, “Successfully Building Trust and Support With Parents and the Community” and Dr. Crystal Hill, MGSD Executive Director of Elementary Education and Federal Programs, "The Use of Data & Building the Instructional Culture."
